Our procedures provide full control over the production process:

Plant raw materials – We perform visual inspections in the field, organoleptic evaluations upon delivery and during production. The final product undergoes testing at accredited external laboratories, including microbiological, physicochemical analyses and pesticide residue tests.

Spice blends and functional additives – Raw materials for blends undergo strict quality control, and the production process is continuously monitored. The final product is tested at accredited laboratories to ensure high quality and safety.

Standards and certificates

Our priority is to produce top-quality goods that meet national and international standards. For years, we have held the BRC Food v9 certificate, confirming our commitment to the highest food safety standards.

BRCGS Food Safety is a global standard developed by the British Retail Consortium (BRC), ensuring the highest quality and compliance in the food industry. The current Issue 9 (effective since 2023) places more emphasis on safety culture, supplier management, and internal audits.
